When the new kid on the block comes by the shop, we make sure they leave looking the absolute best they can. With supply chains still being affected, we haven't seen too many of the brand new Mercedes S580's on the road. But it was only a matter of time before one made its way to us. We kicked it off by lowering the car with a set of Basics lowering links. That's the benefit of factory air suspension, we're able to adjust the height without removing the entire shock/strut like a conventional suspension setup. From there, we played the waiting game for a brand new set of monoblock forged PUR RS50's to be made. As the wheels are made to order, we played with the offsets to achieve the best combination of form and function on the S580. The end result was a fitment that looks fantastic on the street without compromising any of the drivability.
